It showcases the golden South Sea pearl set into jewelry of exceptional craftsmanship and unmistakable originality created by the brand’s unique French-Filipino heritage. Each piece is a vision of art and sustainability realized through the brilliance of the world’s only living gem: the pearl.

What items are offered?

Our online boutique presents the brand’s masterfully crafted jewelry, all designed with classic elegance and versatility in mind. The selection includes a range of earrings, pendants, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, and rings that appeal to a variety of sensibilities. What these pieces have in common is the distinct French craftsmanship and Filipino creativity that come together in every Jewelmer creation.

 

Are all Jewelmer collections available for purchase through this online facility?

At present, our online boutique is a special curation of Jewelmer creations. The selection will progressively expand and diversify with more pieces from our collections. Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates.

What materials compose Jewelmer pieces?

All of our fine jewelry is crafted to highlight the most exquisite South Sea pearls set in 18K gold. Top-quality diamonds and other precious gemstones complement the pearl in select pieces.

Where do you source your pearls? Diamonds?

All our jewelry exclusively features South Sea pearls of the highest quality. Strictly only the top 2% of our harvest are used in our creations, so you are guaranteed that every Jewelmer piece only has the highest quality pearls.

Our diamonds come from a top-quality source. Quality ranges from VVS to IF.

How do I place an order?

  2. For a smooth shopping experience, create an account by clicking the “My Account” icon at the upper right corner of the page. Find the “Create Account” option and follow the process to complete your registration.
  3. Browse the store’s selection of golden South Sea pearl jewelry by your category or collection.
  4. Once you have chosen an item, click on the image for a closer look at the item’s complete details.
  5. Click “Add to Cart” to place the selected item in your shopping bag.
  6. Follow the directions throughout the checkout process to complete your order.
  7. Please note that your order will not be placed until a payment method is chosen at the very end of the checkout process.

Can I pick-up my item at a Jewelmer boutique?

Yes, you may pick up your item at any of the following Jewelmer branches: Alabang Town Center, Glorietta 4, Philam Life Tower, and TriNoma.

Do you require a minimum purchase?

No minimum purchase is required.

What is your delivery timeline?

You can access the site 24/7. Orders will be processed during business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed past 3:00pm on these days will be processed the following business day.

Any orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day. Upon confirmation of the order, delivery will be completed within 5-7 business days.

How do I know if the product is available?

You may confirm the item’s availability when you add it to your cart. Our artisans are always passionately crafting items for your selection, so please feel free to reach out to us through our Contact Us page to inquire about a specific desired item.

 

What comes with the item that I purchased?

All purchases come in the signature Jewelmer box, tied with a blue satin ribbon and placed in an exclusive Jewelmer paper bag.

Your package comes with the following:
  • Receipt envelope
  • Certificate of Authenticity
  • Polishing cloth
  • Pearl wear and care instructions

 

How will I know if the jewelry is an authentic Jewelmer piece?

Products purchased from our official online shop, https://www.jewelmer.com, are guaranteed authentic. Each of our fine jewelry pieces comes with a Certificate of Authenticity provided at the time of purchase.

How can I view my order?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email notification confirming your order. In that email, you will find the “View your order” button. Simply click on this button to review your purchases.

You may also create an account with us before (please refer to item B.1. for instructions) or upon placing an order. Once you have an account, simply log in through the “My Account” icon in the upper left corner of the screen, and from there you can review your order history.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will be notified via email if your order has been processed and shipped for delivery. For further queries, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page.

 

What are the payment methods?

We accept credit card payments, and bank payments through Banco de Oro (BDO) and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Details will be available upon checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order once placed?

Please know that once orders are placed, they may no longer be changed or cancelled. Should you have other concerns about your order, kindly reach out to us through our Contact Us page, with your order number indicated in the message.

How will I know if my order was successfully placed?

You will receive an email upon checkout confirming that your order is currently in process.

 

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver? How much is the delivery fee?

At the moment, deliveries within Metro Manila are free of charge. For deliveries outside of Metro Manila, please reach out through our Contact Us page for further assistance. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Is it safe to have jewelry delivered?

Yes, you may rest assured that our trusted and experienced logistics team is trained to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

 

Can I choose my preferred delivery date?

You may indicate a preferred delivery date in the comment box at the checkout page. Rest assured that we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.

 

What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?

Once your jewelry is ready for delivery, our Support Team will contact you to confirm your availability to receive the order. To ensure that the package reaches you directly and safely, we require that at the time of delivery, you present a valid government-issued ID with indicated residential address, which must match the order details. Your signature is required to receive the item.

Should you be unavailable to receive the item on the scheduled date of delivery, you may authorize a representative to receive it for you. Kindly have the representative present a signed authorization letter from you, the representative’s valid government-issued ID, and the complete details of your order for verification.

If you or your authorized representative are not available to receive the jewelry, the item will be returned to our office for safekeeping. Please contact us to reschedule the delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in the quality and workmanship of every Jewelmer piece and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item you received has manufacturing defects, or if an error was made in your order, we will gladly replace or exchange an item with the following conditions:
  • Exchanges for items of equal or higher value may be done within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Kindly send your request through our Contact Us page. Once confirmed, you may proceed to any Jewelmer boutique to exchange the item.
  • Item/s to be exchanged will be subject to a quality review. The item/s must be in good condition and not show any signs of wear and use.
  • Original receipt, Certificate of Authenticity, and item packaging must be presented together with the item/s.
  • The new item must be of equal or higher value in order to be exchanged. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference will be paid by the customer.
  • Items which have been worn, sized, engraved, or altered in any way may not be returned. Returned items may only be exchanged and not refunded. Please see our Lifetime Warranty below for more information.

Do Jewelmer items come with a warranty?

We offer a Lifetime Warranty to cover manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include everyday wear and tear, or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft. We cannot cover any Jewelmer piece that has been altered by another jeweler.

If the item bought is in need of repair due to a manufacturing defect, kindly send us the item for evaluation. If we determine that the repair is needed due to manufacturing defects, it will be repaired free of charge. Otherwise, the repair will be subject to a fee.

Can I have my jewelry cleaned?

Yes, we can accommodate the cleaning of your Jewelmer pieces. This is a free, lifetime service we offer for our products. Kindly send your request, along with a photo of the item, original receipt, and Certificate of Authenticity, through our Contact Us page. Please allow 30 business days for this service.

Do you accept custom orders?

At the moment, we are not able to take custom orders. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Do you accept resizing?

The standard sizes of our jewelry are as follows:
Rings - 6 (US) / 52 (Swiss)
Bracelets - 7 (US)

If your preference is not within the standard sizes stated above, kindly send your request, along with a photo of the item, original receipt, and Certificate of Authenticity, through our Contact Us page. Resizing will take up to 30 business days.

Do you offer repair services?

We are happy to provide repair services for Jewelmer items. Kindly send your request, along with a photo of the item, original receipt, and Certificate of Authenticity, through our Contact Us page. Please know that repairs are subject to fees and availability. Repairs will take up to 30 business days.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I take care of my Jewelmer pieces?

  • Wear your pearl jewelry often as the pearls benefit from exposure to the body’s natural oils.
  • Wipe the pearls with a soft, dry cloth after every wear.
  • Keep the pearls from coming into contact with perfume and chemicals.
  • Make sure the pearls are dry before storage.
  • Separate the pearls from other jewelry during storage to prevent scratching.
  • Store the pearls in a cool environment with sufficient air moisture.
